Tokushima Toastmasters Club (#1956-76) was chartered in December 2000 as the first Toastmasters club in Shikoku Island in Toastmasters International District 76. Toastmasters International in U.S. is an international nonprofit organization.
The Club aims at a bilingual Toastmasters club where you can practice speaking either in English or in Japanese.
